At this time, we are set up to
receive payments through PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, Master Card, AMEX
(American Express), Discover, and eCheck.

Products that are in stock will usually ship within 3 business days.
Customers will be notified if a product runs out of stock. For most orders, the
shipping transit time is 5-7 business days. Currently, we only ship to the United States. Our shipping fees are set
up based on the shipping origin and your destination address. Your items will be
shipped using shipping services such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. The exact
shipping service will be decided by us to ensure safety and low cost. Additional shipping methods are
occasionally available for a faster delivery.
The rates for the additional methods vary based on product weight and
shipping destination. Occasionally, multiple item purchases may be shipped separately or through
separate shipping services. You will be given a shipping quote before
you make your final purchase. Our fast shipping service has been recognized and
appreciated by our customers.

When you receive your order, make sure that you open and
thoroughly inspect it for any manufacturing defects or shipping damage. If
you receive a defective product, the following rules do not
apply. Let us know as soon as possible so that we may
issue you an exchange or a refund.
Our 7-day
return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That way, you
can be sure you
made the right decision.
If you are planning on returning the item due to buyer
remorse, please do not open any packaging.
If for any
reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item
in its original condition within 7
days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.
Customers are responsible for returning
items at his/her own cost. Original shipping
fees are not refundable. All returned items are subject to
the standard 20% restocking fee of the item price to cover
our labor and management cost. The total refund amount is
the your total payment minus the shipping cost and the 20% restock fee of the item price.
Note: Returns due to damages/defects are not subject to
additional fees.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted,
your refund or new item will be processed in just a few
days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be
reviewed. Please note that items have been opened,
show signs of
wear, or are damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Packages that are
improperly packaged will be refused.

requested within 7 days of receipt**
- Contact Us. Email us at info@homeandfamily.biz or use the form on the
Contact Us page to let us know that you would like to
return your item. Please include the following
information: your order #, the item you are returning, why
you are returning the item, and whether you would like an
exchange or a refund. We will contact you with
information on where to send the package. Do not
automatically send the item to the return address located
on the package!
- Package Your Return. Include all original
packaging. Make sure that the item is properly
packaged to prevent shipping damage.
- Ship Your Package. You can ship it via any
carrier. Note: You may want to insure the package
and
request a return receipt for confirmation that your
shipment has reached its destination.
Home and Family
will not be responsible for loss or damage of return
shipments.
